HFOB is led by a founder with extensive experience delivering operational programmes across global hedge funds and institutional asset managers. Prior to founding HFOB, he played a key role in launching an $8 billion global macro hedge fund spun out of Millennium, successfully onboarding more than 200 counterparties across six jurisdictions. More recently, HFOB has supported large-scale institutional trading transformation programmes, bringing the same focus on governance, precision and execution.
